The Bon Secours Charity Health System is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. It includes three area hospitals; Bon Secours
Community Hospital, Port Jervis, NY, Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY and St. Anthony Community Hospital, Warwick, NY. TSIG
Consulting was contracted to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the Life Safety Plan, updating Building Features and preparing
Life Safety Assesment (LSA). Our review consisted of evaluation of occupancy separations, compartment sizing, distances to exit,
smoke barriers, and exit access doors for suites per compartment. All work is based of the use of the NFPA 101 2000 edition and keeps
in mind the state and local requirements. Floor plan updates were also provided to accurately guide the surveyors through their facility.

Mt Sinai Medical Center

TSIG was retained to update Mount Sinai’s Archibus CIFM system. All AutoCAD drawings were brought to a standard, all areas were polylined and room numbers created. In Archibus, TSIG developed
unique colors and patterns for showing departmental spaces on the AutoCAD drawings. The room data record in Archibus was updated for each space for occupancy and room type information. A
detailed site plan was created showing all the buildings. Composite drawings were created to show all interconnected buildings and stacking drawings created for occupancy information.

Nash Systems

Nash Health Care is a not-for-profit health care authority comprised of four distinct hospitals on one campus: Nash General Hospital, Nash Day Hospital, Coastal Plain Hospital and the
Bryant T. Aldridge Rehabilitation Center. TSIG consultants have had a long term relationship with Nash Health Care Systems for multiple services. TSIG is proud to have served the health
system at all 4 hospitals. Services consist of: a thorough review of the facilities and updating each hospital’s life safety barrier drawings to comply with current applicable life safety

Wellstar

WellStar Health System provides quality healthcare in the northwest suburbs of Atlanta, GA. TSIG has been hired to work with five of their facilities: Cobb in Austell, GA.; Douglas in
Douglasville, GA; Kennestone in Marietta, GA.; Windy Hill in Marietta, GA.; and Paulding in Dallas, GA. TSIG completed a document review for Facilities Engineering which included review
of Life Safety Documentation and Utility documentation for Cobb in Austell, GA. During the assessment, deficiencies were noted and tools were given to the facility to help correct deficient
areas.

Westchester Medical Center

TSIG Consulting, Inc.(TSIG) surveys 1.2 Million Gross Sq. Ft.(GSF) on an ongoing monthly basis, and advises Westchester Medical Center on any Life Safety deficiencies in order to allow the
medical center to continually meet the requirements of the Joint Commission. The survey concentrates on thorough investigations of penetrations. TSIG implemented a tenting policy for all above
the ceiling inspections to comply with the hospitals infection control guidelines.

Government:

Bexar County Courthouse – San Antonio, Texas

The Bexar County Courthouse was constructed in 1892. Additions were built in 1914, 1926 and 1970. The building is primarily made of pecos red sandstone. It has a granite base and a terra cotta
cornice. Detailed CAD drawings were created of all the elevations. A comprehensive stone by stone assessment was performed. The data was gathered using hand held computers in the field.

General Services Administration – White Plains, New York

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is a federal agency that provides both products and services that support governmental workers. The GSA’s mission is “to help federal agencies better
serve the public by offering, at best value, superior workplaces, expert solutions, acquisition services and management policies.” One way they are accomplishing their mission is by the
implementation of CIFM system. The GSA uses Facilities Information System, as their space management program.

NYC Board of Education – New York, New York

The objective of the New York City School Construction Authority and the NYC Board of Education’s Division of School Facilities was to provide a baseline building condition assessment survey
for approximately 1,400 school facilities throughout the city. The system included school buildings, administrative buildings, leased facilities, annexes, mini schools, and temporary buildings.
ATIG performed condition assessments; providing project management services, and furnishing database development and management services. This assignment included inspecting more than 1,400 facilities covering approximately 123 million square feet of space; using hand held computers in the field to perform the condition assessment; developing an informational database to store
the field information and generate reports for quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and client review; and fielding 11 inspection teams (each consisting of an architect, an electrical
engineer, and a mechanical engineer).

United Nations Development Program – New York, New York

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on promoting the concerns of developing nations. TSIG Consulting was retained in their New York
office, which is located in a system of buildings near the United Nations. A full asset survey was executed throughout the three buildings that the UNDP occupies. TSIG developed a MS Access
front-end database that surveyors used to collect information on the assets contained within each room in the 350,000 square feet of UNDP space.

High Education:

Columbia University – Interior Design – New York, New York

Columbia Faculty Practice Organization requested TSIG to work with Guenther 5 Architects to publish on-line interior design standards.

The CFPO Interior Design Standard Guidelines will provide users with an easy-to-use tool that will assist them in designing consistent and aesthetically pleasing work spaces.
The information available on the website, as well as the ability to save, edit, and print room designs, allows users to quickly and effortlessly plan for new space and refurbishments.

Columbia University – Space Usage – New York, New York

Columbia University is required to perform a space usage survey as part of the Facilities and Administrative Cost proposal which involves users to enter detailed room information. TSIG Consulting worked closely with Office of the Controller at Columbia University to develop this application.

Johns Hopkins University – Baltimore, Maryland

TSIG Consulting, Inc. was retained to field measure and to draw in AutoCAD, within accuracy of one inch, 58 buildings, totaling 3.8 million square feet, on its Homewood Campus in Baltimore, MD.
The buildings surveyed contained a multitude of functions such as Research, Academic, Residential, Office, and Support. Phase I of the project focused on 15 research buildings, totaling 1.2
million square feet. In Phase II there were 47 buildings surveyed, serving a variety of building types, totaling 2.6 million square feet.

Middlesex Community College – Middletown, Connecticut

Middlesex Community College’s four main buildings, Snow, Wheaton, Founders and Chapman Hall, are located on a scenic campus approximately a mile and a half from the center of Middletown.

TSIG was retained by Rickes Associates, a premier higher education planning firm to develop an electronic database from existing conditions. TSIG imported the available CAD documents into a
Computer Aided Facilities Management(CAFM) program as part of the electronic space database development. Rickes Associates conducted a detailed survey of space use, space functionality, and
occupancy. This information was provided to TSIG for incorporation into the electronic space database to produce the essential elements for the articulation on the “plan” as an objective
assessment of current and projected space needs.

Syracuse Central School District – Syracuse, New York

TSIG Consulting collaborated with JMOA Engineering to perform CAD Documentation, Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Integration, and a building condition assessment of all owned and
leased schools in the Syracuse City School District (SCSD). The district is comprised of 48 facilities totaling approximately 5.9 Million Square Feet. In addition, this project was fast
tracked, thus there were 25 full time personnel, working together and simultaneously throughout this project.

TSIG developed a comprehensive Computer Aided Facilities Management system in Aperture for space allocations, space utilization, and government compliance issues. The System was designed to house in excess of eight (8) million square feet. The systems provide for an integrated approach to managing CADD drawings, graphics and data elements.

Economic Development Corporation – New York, New York

TSIG revised the existing NYC Economic Development Corporation’s VFMS project and recommended executing updates to take advantage of all the enhancements available in Aperture Version 5.0.
The new project provided a more comprehensive and complete database/drawing environment for the EDC staff. TSIG developed an efficient, streamlined data structure, automated reports,
standardized drawings, designed a better user interface, and ultimately provided the EDC staff with a more user-friendly facilities management system.

Guggenheim Museum – New York, New York

TSIG provided CAD documentation for WASA Preservation for exterior restoration of Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. From 80 hand-drawn sketches prepared and filed by
the restoration surveyors, we developed drawings showing the existing conditions of the museum’s entire facade in 6 elevations. From the filed notes, cracks in various widths, types of spalls,
previous repairs, cut expansion joints, anchors, exposed metals, movements, and mesh-ghostings, were translated into AutoCAD objects. The purpose of this study was to have documentation to be
used by contractors to estimate repairs and restoration.

Merrill Lynch – New York, New York

TSIG was retained by Merrill Lynch in the summer of 2000 to develop a pilot project for their newly purchased Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM) from Peregrine Systems.
TSIG was later retained to implement the entire system for approximately 10 Millions square feet in the United States and 300,000 sq ft in the United Kingdom. TSIG was specifically charged to
develop polylines for departmental and rental chargebacks to BOMA standards, re-number all space locations, integrate all drawings into the Peregine’s FacilityCenter CAFM system, and provide
technical assistance for the system to go “live” in the summer of 2001.

This Austin, Nichols & Co. Warehouse in Williamsburg, a sector of Brooklyn, was designed by Cass Gilbert in 1915 to be the largest wholesale grocery in the U.S.
