Mr. Aberbach has over 17 years of experience in the CAD, CMMS and CAFM industry. Prior to joining TSIG as the Director for CAD & CAFM Integration, he has been with an international company developing marketing and implementing CAFM and Facility Management solutions worldwide.
Over the years Mr. Aberbach has overseen various implementation projects in versatile organizations and locations such as Airports, Hospitals, Universities and other complex campuses such as Army bases. Mr. Aberbach has performed a wide range of duties. Just to mention a few; CAD and CMMS implementer, project manager, head of Training and Support department and lately managing pre & post sale activities worldwide. The sites implemented are located in Europe, Israel, Far East and USA. Mr. Aberbach studied Computer Science at Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Mr. Lao joined TSIG Consulting, Inc. in 1999 in a full-time position after working in a part-time capacity at WASA/TSIG since 1994. He quickly became an integral part of TSIG's burgeoning Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) division.
Mr. Lao managed the CAD documentation and CAFM database implementation of tens of millions of square feet of Hospital, University, and Office space.
In 2004 he became heavily involved in federal government facilities nationwide. His current work with GSA Region 02 (New York, Northern New Jersey & the Caribbean) consists of managing an onsite team that maintains the CAD documentation of architectural layouts and tenant assignment data for over 17 million square feet of federal office and courthouse facilities utilizing GSA's in-house CAFM System. Mr. Lao also consults with the GSA on varying topics like BOMA/REBNY calculations, stacking chart development, custom systems/reports, process workflow and policy.

Mr. Phillips brings a broad range of healthcare industry experience, managing an array of market penetration strategies via direct sales, education, strategic partnerships, content management, and internet marketing. He most recently served as National Director of Business Development & Marketing for a small accreditation consulting firm and has held regional and national business development positions for a CMMS solution provider and served as a national leader in medical equipment lifecycle solutions.
